Index. Does anyone know what the very first index fund was and when it was created. It's not what you think.

Great show as always Paul.

Howdey Paul,

Hope that you had a great 4th of July with your family. You keep talking about that Index Funds book and I will sooner or later get around to reading it. :) I am nominating your podcast everyday, just wish that they would not have the 24 hours bit but a once per day. I have had to keep a log to keep up the the time that I do the voting. :(

Really enjoy the podcast.

I have not ever asked to be taxed either so I think I will declare my financial independence from taxation as well.

Freedom! (Nice pick with the Richie Havens cover, by the way)

Maybe while I'm at it I should get an INDEX fund!
